Building Bridges to Success: My Journey in Supporting GP Practices

Helping London GP practices achieve good or outstanding CQC ratings through tailored strategies and proven results. Recognised by the Brent and West London ICB, I won a competitive tender to lead high-impact regional improvements. Transforming primary care, one practice at a time.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with several GP practices across London through word of mouth, helping them overcome challenges, achieve their potential and getting a Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating that was good or outstanding.

A Reputation Built on Results

The practices I partnered with had a common goal: to improve their CQC rating and overall performance. Through tailored support, actionable strategies, and a shared commitment to excellence, these practices not only met but exceeded expectations.

All, bar two GP practices, have achieved a good or outstanding rating, and their success stories naturally began to attract attention.

Recognition from Brent and West London ICB

The transformative outcomes I delivered did not go unnoticed. Brent and West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) reached out, acknowledging the positive impact my work was having on local practices. They invited me to bid for a tender to support GP practices across the region.

A Competitive Win

Bidding for the tender was a rigorous process. I was up against established providers, and the competition was fierce. However, the proposal I submitted was not only grounded in experience but also tailored to address the unique challenges faced by GP practices in the area. Ultimately, I was thrilled to win the bid, surpassing the current providers and securing the opportunity to lead this critical initiative.

Driving Change Across Practices

Winning the tender has been a humbling milestone.  It reaffirms the power of trust, collaboration, and delivering measurable results.

This journey underscores how a strong foundation of trust and dedication can open doors to new opportunities. It’s a reminder that meaningful change is possible when we combine passion with purpose.

I look forward to continuing this journey, helping more practices unlock their potential, and contributing to a stronger primary care system for everyone.
